HICAPS is available for private health claims, and an invoice can be provided for online claiming.
Cancellation Policy
ancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. If the cancellation is made within 6 hours of the appointment or in the case of a no-show, the full appointment fee will be charged.
Friday & Saturday Appointments
Appointments on Fridays and Saturdays are available but must be booked via SMS or email due to my soccer officiating schedule. Availability may vary, so please contact me in advance to avoid disappointment.
